We're undergoing some serious renovations around here, including an entirely new mandate with a focus on chapbook-length manuscripts to be printed letterpress in the newly developed Okanagan College Print Shop. As you might expect, a new website is also in order, and work on that is well underway.
One of our first orders of business is the launch of the John Lent Poetry-Prose Award, the submission period for which has now closed. Thanks to those who submitted, and we'll now be busy reading manuscripts for a while.
Another new initiative is the twice-annual Mackie Lake House Writer-in-Residency. Check out this PDF for details and application submission.
