Imagine You’re a Princess, from the Imagine This! series, is about having fun by imagination.  You are to imagine you are a princess with a tiara, bejeweled gown, designer outfit, and priceless and impractical shoes, just like a fairytale princess.  Playing with unicorns, going to parties, declining marriage proposals from knights, and having servants check your bed for wrinkles, crumbs, and peas, are all part of the package – a creative imagination is required, but not provided.  On top of all this imaginative material, there are wonderful pictures of castles, flowers, rainbows, unicorns, and of course – princesses!

I think that the talented princesses Megerella and Lulubelle did an excellent job of putting together this book for people like us, who like to experience everyday life through our imaginations, and to let us know that if you feel like a princess, you can be one too.  It is a great book to read to a five-year-old, or to read yourself at age 50 – or any age in between!   I like the way they wrote, organized and illustrated the book!

Also in this series there is Imagine You’re a Knight, Mermaid, Pirate, Fairy, and Wizard.

I rate Imagine You’re a Princess 5 out of 5 stars.
