Imagine being lost in a forest of troubles. Just when you conquer one, another blocks your path. This is what a boy named Crispin feels as he and his friends, Bear and Troth, face many perils in their journey to a land filled with peace. After being shot at by an archer, getting lost in a forest, and watching a healer called Aude, who was only trying to help others, be killed by those she tried to aid, they are ready for anything.

Crispin: At the Edge of the World is an awesome book. It is the second book in the Crispin trilogy and was almost impossible for me to put down. Itís based on a time when warriors fought battles with blades of iron and steel, and Kings and Queens ruled most of the land. This book makes you feel like you are living in the time. I would recommend it to anyone who is over nine years old and enjoys reading books based on the time of Knights.

I give Crispin: At the Edge of the World five out of five stars.
