When you find
something that you really want to do, you tend to stick with it. The memoir
of Siena Cherson Siegel, tells the reader of how she stayed with something
she enjoyed. Siena never quit, and her love of dancing kept her strong
through the difficult times in her life. From the first time she saw the
ballet ‘Bolshoi’, she knew she wanted to be a dancer. This graphic novel is beautiful. The images are gorgeous, showing off the figures of the women, and the graceful movements of a ballet dancer. The story is very well written, and it made me want to dance. Siena’s determination in the story gives the reader something to think about. This graphic novel lets the reader know that they can accomplish anything if they put their mind to it. I would recommend this novel for people eleven years and older, because the realistic setting puts the reader in the story itself. Another five out of five stars for this graphic novel! This story is a work of art. RATING: |
