I’m starting to
wonder if the term “best friends forever” Means anything When I’ve gone through at least 4 “best friends” All of them failing me All of them changing I start to wonder What is a best friend? What is forever? I start to wonder what has torn us apart And I realize, it’s not their bad qualities that ended our friendship It’s time that has ruined us Time is what will keep changing us and pushing us forward I’m starting to wonder why Time exists at all |
