Lauren Stringer. Winter
Is The Warmest Season |

When you really
think about it, winter is the warmest season. Consider the facts; you drink
hot chocolate, you sit in front of a warm fire, and you cuddle
with your family while reading your favourite
books at Christmas. This tender children’s picture book is just the story
for a cold snowy day. I think Winter Is The Warmest Season is a very clever children’s book. The pictures are colourful and large and give you many things to see, while focusing on the topic that the text provides. It is very well written, and brings about a whole new idea. I have never heard of the theory, ‘winter being the warmest season’ up until now. I thought it was a great way of explaining how much fun the winter season can be. I would recommend this book for people ages three years and older. It is a book that anyone can read or understand, and leaves you smiling when you’re done. Five out of five stars for this book’s imaginative storyline. RATING: |
