Sleeping
blissfully on cloud nine. I dream and dream and dream. A never waking slumber. Never seeing the real world. I live in my own little fantasy world. Dreaming and dreaming. Closing my eyes I see it. A clear blue sky, beautiful green grass so full of life. People living happily next to each other, No yelling, no arguing, no fighting, No wars, no abuse or staving children. I dream and dream and dream Sleeping quietly. Never to be disturbed. Seeing only the make believe, never the truth. Dreaming and dreaming and dreaming. I live in my fantasy until my dieing day as an old woman. |
