Mother Nature
Diva, Age 10, Laytonsville, MD

Mother nature keeps us safe,
She gives us food and shelter.

But sometimes,
Dangerous she can be!

With all of those twisters and tornadoes and hurricanes!

The hurricanes can go out of control,
SWISH! SWASH! WOOT! WOOT!
Howling in my ear! Even though very soft of a sound!

Mother nature can be a big pain,
But she gives shade and hospitality!

Mother Nature,
She is like God
As we say in my culture

Mother Nature,
Mother Nature.

She shall make the birds chirp,
TWEET, TWEET, TWEET!

She shall give homes to the animal kingdom,
Like the monkey,
OOH, OOH, AAH, AAH!

Or the lion,
A fierce feline,
ROARR, ROARR, GRR, GRR!

Where ever you may be,
City, town, jungle or ocean.
She is almost everywhere!
