Christmas time, Yuletide cheer. What do we see, smell, taste, touch and hear? Outside we see decorations and lights; Inside, presents piled to great heights. Smell Mom's delicious almond Christmas cake Being put in to the oven to bake. It is a treat in which your taste buds delight It will satisfy, just like shortbread might. Tightly wrapped presents with crinkly bows Give a tingly feeling way down to my toes. My little sister is squealing about My ears would prefer it if she didn't shout. Christmas time, Yuletide cheer. Lots of things we see, smell, taste, touch and hear. |
