So humble walks the mighty
So humble walks
the mighty man,
with countless wonders 'neath his feet,
but a heart of gold and one tin can,
is all he carries down the street.
His eyes are blue like ocean waves,
his face is pale like winter frost,
at his job his body slaves,
in the day-his earnings lost.
It's hard to tell just how he lives,
just how he goes on day by day,
but what he gets he always gives,
and some things you can't give away.
The sun, the sky, the trees so tan,
a world so modest and discreet,
so humble walks the mighty man,
with countless wonders 'neath his feet.
