WOW!  This school looks cool.

Cool?  Camelot Middle School?  You are new.

When Artie King arrives at Camelot Middle School he is given the legendary unopenable locker numbered 001XCL.  When he tries to open it, it opens and Artie is declared the leader of the school.  But the leader of the Horde Joe Roman is already the top dog of the school and wants to stay that way.  So Joe challenges Artie to a do-or-die dodgeball game.  Last man standing is the ruler of the school.

Frank Cammuso’s newest book Knights of the Lunch Table is a funny, interesting, cool, inviting, and all around great graphic novel. Anyone who likes dodgeball should read this book because it is very exciting. The storyline was interesting and Artie and his friends were intriguing. This graphic novel is perfect for a middle school library!

Cammuso is the author of the Max Hamm, Fairy Tale Detective graphic novels.  His work has appeared in several newspapers including The New York Times. Knights of the Lunch Table is an excellent graphic novel and I give it 4.5 stars. An easy read for all ages!  I look forward to the sequel.
