Terrence, Dee, and Hector think that there is something strange about their lunch lady. Each of them has their own opinion, believing it's correct. One day they mysteriously get a wacky substitute, and the Lunch Lady and her assistant follow him home. Unknowingly, the three kids are following her.

Lunch Lady and the Cyborg Substitute is a hysterical comic/graphic novel that would be especially wonderful for boys aged 8 - 12 with a sense of humour. It is one of my favourite books read so far. I think Jarrett J. Krosoczka did a wonderful job with the base and overall outcome with the Lunch Lady. I am looking forward to a sequel.
