Piper Reed needs a clubhouse for her Gypsy club. Just one problem; it costs $1999.99 plus tax. Itís official. Piper needs a job, and fast. But with a report due at school on a great figure in history that no one has ever heard of (Cyrus McCormick, inventor of the reaper, a machine that cuts grain), Piper has a lot to do. Besides that, more and more things keep piling up. Will Piper ever get everything done on time?

This was a pretty good book. Piper was a funny character, and I was always questioning if she would get it done, and if she did, when would she get it all done. Since this is first person narration, it was never hard to know what Piper was thinking, and exactly what she thought of other people. This book was very funny, and how Piper and her sisters think they can get everything done. Over all, Piper Reed Gets a Job was a good book.

I give Piper Reed Gets a Job three stars and recommend it for ages 7-9.
